DGOD offers a very effortless return policy, its vital for us you have a stress–free shopping experience. However, please note:
- Item must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of the delivery. Please register your received items with special code which will be attached in the label/tag
- Change of mind is not applicable.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support at +60192900342, our representative will guide you with the process.
- Item must be in its original form, unwashed, unused, and unworn with tag/label attached.
- Sales invoice is essential.
- For consideration of hygiene, items like jewellery, make up items or inner clothes will not be exchanged.
We have a 7 days refund time on an unused, unworn item, and it has the tag intact. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can call our customer service number and ask for returns.
Stock on more than 50% off
The stock that is available n promotion for 50% or over will not be qualified for returns.
Who will pay the return’s cost?
Please note that the customer will be accountable for returns. However, if the item is of a different size, or the product is not what you have ordered, we at DGOD will bear all the cost for returns.
How many days does it take for returns?
Once we have received the package, 7-10 working days will take, to proceed with all the formalities.
